We retain contact form data for 2 years to support potential follow-up coaching relationships and legal compliance. Analytical data is retained for 14 months. You may request earlier deletion, subject to legal requirements.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
